So what is happening with my internet and the usage ?

I signed up for 16 Mbps DL and 1 Mbps UL and 300 GB of usage for a month awhile back. Are the new usage levels of 150 GB for new customers or are they for me also ? I have not gotten any notice on the changes and I am surprised by this. I guess since I wasn't told of anything changing on my account I can assume I keep what I signed up for. Yes ?
