i think it's just the matter of paying the additional $$$ .... quiet honestly we all could get around no problem with a 2-5 meg connection so 5-10 is very good compared to a lot.
2-5 meg no way you cannot stream Netflix on that. That's like the darkages of TSI DSL service before they offered cable. Scary to think of even returning to such slow speeds.
