Re: [Cable] Peak hours SUPER slow! We have the same problem in the US where cable still sell 4Mbps in the rural America. This telco I am with offers 40/40 in LV but won't spare one byte of bandwidth in any rural area. How about a voip phone and try streaming on this 10/.500 ? A 5/5 would give me voip phone that actually works. The local cable does offer a business line bundled with phone $102 + cable + taxes..
