You are correct, telco comes in on the left, then the 11 runs go to various locations. Only one line, one number but it is capable of handling 4 different numbers.

That was what I was wanting to know, if the installer could go from the modem to the punchdown block.

What type of jack is on the back of the modem for the phone?

RJ11 or RJ45?
