[Anveo] Can someone explain: Status - "CHANNELS.BLOCK" ...Hello:
One of my Anveo accounts (a testing account) is set up like this:
Subscription Package: FREE Phone Numbers: Value Plan
I have 2 phone numbers:
USA +1(518)310xxxx forwarded to my Canadian cell phone number. CDN +1(514)600xxxx forwarded to my Google Voice account.
I noticed, in the CDR Report, that the Status is "CHANNELS.BLOCK" at times.
What does this mean, why does it happen, and, what are the implications?
Thanks,
Rob. |

Re: [Anveo] Can someone explain: Status - "CHANNELS.BLOCK&qHere is my guess.
Channels are used for incoming calls.
Free plan gives you 1 floating channel, across all DIDs. Value phone numbers give no dedicated channels.
So you are limited to 1 incoming call active at a time. Channel Block is probably from a 2nd call trying to come in and no channels available.
If you had Personal Unlimited DIDs then they would have 2 dedicated channels per DID. |
