Re: New install pending Well the back of the ont is gray which is called the slack tray and the ont it self is like a tanned color he told me they come gray or tanned. |

Brewster, NY | Tech will be here tomorrow to replace it with a brand new one gray just like the slack tray apparently it must had been refurbished. |
