Any issue I've ever had with Dish in the 4-5 years I've been with them has been quickly & easily handled via online chat. Admittedly, I've not had to deal with any technical problems, big problems, or even many problems, but by FAR Dish has been the best customer experience I've ever had with a pay TV service. -- Government controlled healthcare? Name one thing government does efficiently and effectively!
