So I made an update to my firmware but the same thing happens again. I don't think that it has anything to do with the wireless router because they worked before in a different setup. The network is relatively large 100+ computers but I don't think it's a congestion problem. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!

Rotate the routers, in other words program the 3rd router to be the 1st router and vice versa. If its the router the problems should follow the router, if the problem hits the same LAN then maybe its some wiriing in that setup.

Physicall switch the router and reprogram them to handle the different LAN.
