Re: Start Communications - New Packages ok, i read from Teksavvy users that although it's not listed as supported they were able to call customer service to activate it by saying it was actually an SB6121 and just providing the MAC address and it worked... |

Once connected to the CMTS the model/version is visible, any future technical problems and I guarantee the response from Red will be "not supported modem, ticket cancelled". If you want a good experience, stick with a supported modem. |
