best server rentals?

Hi there,

I need to rent a server to run as a VPN host.
Initially, I would be offering it to 60-70 people max, but hopefully it would pick up quickly.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Should I look into managed vs. not managed servers?

2. What company would you recommend?
