 DanHoPremium join:2002-05-20 Seattle, WA 2 edits | [Solved] Billing I have both HSI and CDV. Is it normal to be billed for "modem rental" and "voice equipment" as 2 seperate line items for $7/each? I only have 1 Arris modem and no others.

If you go online, and click on the "Management Equipment" icon near the bottom of the page, how many modems show up? I know I did have a problem with multiple modems being listed on my account, however I was never billed for them. With ComcastSteve's help, he was able to remove the old modems and now I just have one listed (which is the one I currently have).
It sounds like you may have multiple ones listed, and are, unfortunately, getting billed for each one.

 DanHoPremium join:2002-05-20 Seattle, WA | reply to DanHo At one time I did have 2 modems because I was on a higher speed tier and they didn't have any DOCSIS 3 CDV equipment, but I turned that in long ago.
It looks like I've been billed for it since last Feb and I just noticed. My own fault on that one. |
