looking for dns provider

Guys what are some good dns providers out there I used to use zonedit but I'm curious to see who everyone else uses? The only requirement I have is that they support dynamic dns.

Been using »freedns.afraid.org/ for many years—I highly recommend it.

Interesting. Do they allow you to edit your records? That's the biggest disappointment I've had with many domain registries is that they make it difficult or impossible to change anything but the ns records.

I can add/change whatever records I want—A, CNAME, SRV and etcetera.

I used to use Dyn (formerly Dynamic Network Services Inc.), but now use my ISP (Sonic.net, LLC) because they are just as good, and a little less expensive.

If you have your own domain, you can use NameCheap's FreeDNS. You do not have to register your domain through NameCheap to use the service. It's free whether you register with them or not.
