[VA] only a single downstream channel bonded

I just received Cox HSI service this week with a Cox supplied CG3000D cable modem. It seems to work for the *most* part, but occasionally sites do not load or take a long time to load. In addition, I setup a long running ping test and I do see some periods of packet loss and slow performance. Looking in my connection status, I see the information I will paste below.

My questions:

1) Shouldn't I have more then 1 downstream bonded channel?? I have tried powering off the modem multiple times, each time I just get the one downstream bonded channel.
2) Do the SNR/Power levels look ok?

It seems like I need to get a tech to come back and check on this install, but thought I would run it by the community first. Thanks.

Well you could send CoxTech1 See Profile a PM on here, with your modem's mac address, and he could look over things from his end. Which he should be able to tell you if you should be bonding channel's or not. He should be back on here tomorrow, so if you do send him a PM with your modem's mac address, he should reply sometime tomorrow. Btw he work's for cox, and helps out here. So you can trust CoxTech1 See Profile with your modem's mac address in a PM, but not something you should post on the forums here.
