I got a notice that my base rate is going up almost 15 next month for 80 to 94 and change. Is there anything I can do to lower this increase? I have the base internet and one phone line.

Took nearly 40 min of hold time to speak to a nice and easy to understand gentleman who got me into a phone and internet promo for a year that was about 15 off my original price and nearly 30 off the new price. I am impressed and the cost to add TV is around what my total old price was which I am considering doing as a backup for my Directv and to add the few HD channels that Directv does not have. If your bill is going up call and see what they can do for you.
