[CDV] Voicemail not working

[CDV] Voicemail not working I finally figured out why I am not getting any voicemails, I missed a call from my paratransit provider regarding my ride to a medical appointment tomorrow and they would usually leave a message. I called my CDV number from my cell phone and it just rings and rings. I do have voicemail set-up but it is not answering calls. What could be the cause, is this something that is user related or is it something that is going to require a CC trouble ticket.

Cablejim1087 join:2012-09-21 Bath, ME	This should be a backend issue. A box may not be checked on the switch. All a tech visit will do is call in to tech support internally.
