I've been seeing some speed issues lately too. Before the holidays I was consistently able to max out my connection. Right now I'm only getting (inconsistently I might add) 12 Mb on a 25Mb connection.
Exactly! It was fine before the Holidays. Now I'm getting anywhere between 4 Mbps to 12 Mbps most of the time.
Teksavvy has asked me to do spend a lot of time producing data for them before they can open a ticket for me. I still don't have the ticket open days later. I'll keep you posted.
