Re: Youtube slow buffer. Im new to this forum so I apologize if this gets double posted but I am having the same problem: from after 7 till midnight my connection gets shaped. My download for any video stream or http download gets throttled to 300KB. Meanwhile bittorrent traffic never gets throttled(probably because its encrypted and coming from hundreds of sources). It seems Time Warner started throttling/shaping their traffic shortly after the free "speed upgrade" last month. Total bullshit if you ask me. Please, take me back to the old system.
After midnight downloads hit 2MBps again. Rinse and repeat. |
