Get some counselling for that and let us know how it works out for you. I've learned to cope with it just fine. |

I miss it less after Christmas, but I do like it. I wish we had the snow two days before Christmas rather than two days after this year. |

We got a couple inches last night... Not much, but the ground is white again, things look 'clean' again, and it's cold.
Also had to stand out in the sh_t directing traffic for like an hour, after someone forgot that snow and ice go hand in hand, and put their car upside down into a ditch at 3 in the morning, too... |

said by Thane_Bitter:But I actually miss the snow, seems odd not having any. You seem odd! I'm good with weekend snow, evening snow or snow around Christmas time, but the rest of the work week can go without snow... it makes me angrier than usual. |

I mean it just seems strange that there isn't any of it on the ground at all this time of the year. The lack of it before Christmas seemed to skew the mood as well, Christmas lights look stupid without any snow coverage. |

Whens the last time we had a snow day? The only snow day I remember was 13 years ago. I was in grade 4 at the time and the snow was taller than me.
and people still doubt global warming. |

It's been almost 23 months since I've stepped out of my yard and onto the frozen lake to fish. We are close to having good ice now, but even the 14 day weather trend looks marginal for ever getting there. |

You can have all 5 feet of it that I have here. Or come shovel at my place when 6 more inches falls next week. That will fix your temporary insanity up pretty fast. |

It's still not very good. Another person fell though the ice just yesterday or the day before over in penetang. I don't understand people a couple days of cold does not mean the ice is safe. |

2 days ago... Took Georgian Bay Fire and the OPP most of the day to recover the body.

We have snow and it's damn cold tonight. Two km of the canal opens for skating tomorrow. Feels like winter in Ottawa. |

Very cold around here today. And snow started falling late afternoon and it's still going. Looks like a localized squall band around the west end of Lake Ontario and we're on the eastern edge. |

Yeah we have about 4 cm of snow here. Just took dog for a long walk and it was nice and quiet as the coverage is starting again. Its cold enough that you get a nice squeak sound from every step on the walk. Agree with Mr Weather seems like we have a localized lake area effect set up. Actually radar shows the west end of the Lake is affected, may be worse at Gones house. |

So you're the reason I couldn't see the Burlington skyway tonight until I was almost on it! Thanks a bunch I don't think we're getting that much overnight - calling for 2 to 4 cm. I didn't leave work until after dark, but thought there was at least 2 cm when I got home. |
