Ugh, we wiped @ ~5%. Hopefully dies tonight. I was literally .5 seconds away from not being hit by his reaching attack.

(Actually, I should say, being killed, it took 3 of them to kill me ^_^)

What a rough night... don't you hate those days where everyone's just *off* and it's brick wall after brick wall.

Ended up not getting back to Sha because our "quick" HoF clear ended up taking all night (along with not having time to do Empress). Looks like we'll have to wait for next week's raids to push for the 16/16 mark.

People just kept doing all kinds of "well, that's a wipe" stuff lol. Many thanks to Arsinic though for coming along with us to fill in for our MIA healer.

Oh, I know, we got behind on one of the platforms and no1 stepped in to tank, anyways that was our first night.

Last night we downed Sha. 2nd or 3rd attempt, so it took us about 15 attempts or so, solid. 16/16N on to H now.

My priest is so scrub Glad I was able to halp. I'm sure if you guys would have gotten that 1 last pull in you'd have finished HOF easy peasy.

Haha it was a very brave charge indeed. You're right I did have aggro when you charged, he just applies his first pheromone based on proximity so he spewed his beetle goo on you just for being closer.

It was pretty sad that the one time we had a premature hearthstone was the one night our warlock died to the internet availability boss lol.

Amber Shaper sucks ass. We tried to clean up HoF after killing Sha, wiped a bunch of times due to construct fails. Oh well.

Downed Wind Lord last nite. 3 shot him . We are now 4/6 HoF. Doing Amber Shaper on Thursday and hopefully we can finish out this raiding week 6/6 HoF and move onto ToES next week.

Nice work! We're hoping to down Wind Lord Thursday night! Keeping my fingers crossed that we're able to get through Wind Lord and flesh out the Amber Shaper fight, so next week we can clear out HoF.

Gratz! With Garalon downed, you should be able to do the rest of HoF more easily. With HoF done, ToES should be a breeze (except for Sha).

Had a really great run last night - we got our Sha of Fear kill bringing us to 16/16N and then went in and cleared 4/6 HoF for the week all in our 3 hour window!

Planning to go wipe up Amber Shaper / Empress on Thursday and then start working on heroic Mogu'shan. Would love to have a handful of heroic kills before 5.2!

On Sha of Fear, one thing that really helped us was an add killing strategy. Say the first Cackle group is sent to the left platform. Those remaining ONLY killed the right side adds then focused on the boss. When the Cackle group came back, they used their buff and fear immunity to wipe up all the adds on their side really quickly. Rinse and repeat always killing just the adds opposite from the cackle group and we never had an add pileup. Ended up killing Sha at about 11:30 minutes or so fight duration with everyone up!

Sounds like a good fight for double hero.

You're totally correct there! First hero on the pull and we had a 2nd hero just before the boss died. Maybe was at 8-10% or so.

With that fight I'd also make sure people double pot.

Hit one just before the pull and one on the later hero.

Grats man, heroic cats is easier than a handful of normal fights. We killed it in about 10 or so attempts, too many dumb melee pwning each other by mines.
