I just did it last week. It's very easy. Teksavvy still couldn't get Cable in Burlington and Start could. I was with Teksavvy for years on DSL without any Complaints. now I'm getting 30/2 and 250 gigs. Cost upfront is high. Modem plus $50 install but I needed the faster speeds.
To add to what Shikomu said, if you're on Cable already with Teksavvy and you already have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem then you won't have any extra costs to switch (not even the $50 install fee).
