The only way to do this on cable would be to tunnel the traffic of both lines to an external VPN capable of moving the combined traffic of both your connections.
So yes it is possible, but you may notice additional latency depending on where your VPN will be hosted.

Any other solution like the one stated above would not allow you to use more than the speed of 1 connection on a single threaded download.
