Increased latency after cancelling Uverse TV

With Uverse internet and tv, I would consistently see 34-37 ms on speedtest.net. Now after cancelling the tv portion, I'm seeing 40-110ms. Speed tests in my area are all over the place...some show upload problems. Experiencing increased lag when playing FPS.

RG is not showing any errors and neither is the Uverse Realtime app.

Ideas?
