I don't think we're getting that much overnight - calling for 2 to 4 cm. I didn't leave work until after dark, but thought there was at least 2 cm when I got home.

Its cold enough that you get a nice squeak sound from every step on the walk. Agree with Mr Weather seems like we have a localized lake area effect set up.
Actually radar shows the west end of the Lake is affected, may be worse at Gones house.

It's still not very good. Another person fell though the ice just yesterday or the day before over in penetang.

I don't understand people a couple days of cold does not mean the ice is safe.

I'm good with weekend snow, evening snow or snow around Christmas time, but the rest of the work week can go without snow... it makes me angrier than usual.
