Here is my speedtest.net result. As you can see I didn't do too much better than you on ping. I sort of feel like if you can stay under 60ish you'll be okay though. |

I blame Cleveland. ;) I ran some traceroutes and pings to Google and Yahoo. My IPv6 connection is using Hurricane Electric as the tunnel broker. I was amused that Yahoo is more consistent over IPv6 than IPv4.
I realize the names of the host do not necessarily indicate their location, so Cleveland is probably not at fault. :)
