MY computer wont stay connected to my mother's internet when I go over to her house. It will connect for about 5 minutes and then out of no where it will disconnect and say that there is no internet access, while my mothers computer stays connected with no problems at all. Anywhere else I go my computer doesn't have this problem and my mother didn't set up her router settings so I'm wondering if maybe something was turned on or off that wasn't supposed to be? Please, I've looked everywhere for a solution to this problem and I cannot find a single reason.
It would help if we had more information. What make and model of computer are you using? What operating system are you using? Do you have the disconnect while the computer is sitting perfectly still on a table? What WiFi signal strength is shown on your computer when this happens?
