Take the router out of the equation for now lol Plug the Ethernet cord coming from your Cable Modem And plug that cord DIRECTLY into your Computers LAN port. unplug your modem for 15 seconds then plug it back in. Wait a few seconds for the modem to sync now reboot your computer THEN do speed tests
