anon posted : Hello,

Since last night the speed and connectivity has been really bad. The modem will lose connectivity almost every 5-10 minutes, channels on TIVO will lose connectivity and search for a signal for 5 minutes at the time before coming back.

I am wondering if this is a known issue and what I can do from my end to try and get it to work from my end. I work from home and not having internet connection is not very ideal.

It took me 5 times just to get this submitted.

Thank you in advance.
