| Sounds like you may need to setup a tech visit to your place, to make sure there is no connection issue's home side causing your problem. As the T3-Timeout's often point to an upstream noise issue, and it's always good to start at the home, to make sure something home side isn't the cause. If a tech can't find any problem's at the home. You need to have the tech discuss this with his local cox guy's, to work up a plan to figure out what's going on in the area causing your issue. I would personally suggest updating to a D3 modem as a first step in trying to solve your issue. But seeing your log's, the amount of T3-Timeout's are concerning, and is a matter that need's to be looked into further. |
