I'm pretty sure you should be able to get something, it might involve an outdoor antenna mounted on your roof or a tower, and a good pre-amp, but you should at least be able to get a couple of the major networks.

Enter your info on this site and it will give you an idea of which channels you can receive.

In some cases it can be bundled with your internet service to save a few extra bucks.

I would say if you can currently stream HD content with Netflix, or some other services with your current Windstream setup, and live close enough to get your locals with a antenna (or don't mind a outdoor antenna), to give it a try.
