virtual visa/mastercard?

what are some banks / credit cards / online services - that offer virtual online credit cards?

basically I want to buy tickets for all lazy friends that are slow to get on board now ... to some event - but they limit one ticket per person - and they are serious ... but I think it is one ticket per CC# per name per address or so ...

so I need to either get more credit / debit cards ...
and/or get those pre-paid credit cards in Walmart or so ...

or I am hoping some other - easier solutions are there?
like PayPal used to have virutal credit card #s that they would give you - even per use basis ...

any advice and help is very much appreciated ...

thank you...

Discover allows you to generate random account numbers to use but your name and address are still tied to the account. It would seem to really depend on the site you're trying to order from if they tie purchases only to the card number or to the name and address as well to limit purchases.

I use Bank of America's service with Visa, but I cannot conceive how it would work with a checking account. Anyway, I've used it for several years and have never had a problem.
