Something replacing keywords on websites with URLs

kpross join:2001-06-20 united state	Something replacing keywords on websites with URLs I just noticed this on an XP machine I have. Something is picking out keywords that should be plain text on websites and turning them into hyperlinks as ads to sites like Credit Score 360. I'm not even sure what to call it and I search for the above text and don't get anything close to the issue.
