[TWC] All my Channels don't show up

I have two Samsung SMT-H3362HD boxes. One of them only displays channels from 200-700, skips channels from 01-199, 800s, 1000s, etc... How do i get the box to display all my channels?

Firstly try rebooting it, if that does not work call in and have them send a refresh hit from the billing system.
