[Cable TV] VOD Video Stops

In the middle of watching a VOD movie, the video stops with a request failed screen with a code. ERR-3238068232

This has happened on multiple videos in a row. Restarting the video starts at the beginning You have to FF back to the correct spot (and fast forward for VOD is slow and not available on all videos.)

What is going on?
