Looking for heatsink/fan combo for a FC-Mpga4?

I have this motherboard:

It currently has passive heatsinks and I would like to replace them with heatsinks that have a fan on them. Whatever combination I search for I can not find heatsinks that will fit on this socket type.

I found a page that stated that the FC-Mpga4 socket is a socket 478. ALl the heat sinks I find have clips while these are screwed down.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That link says it is a 604 pin cpu not 478.
