 | [INTERNET] Firefox won't let me login to my.cogeco.ca This never came up before.
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.cogeco.ca, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure. Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
www.cogeco.ca uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate expired on 2013-01-19 6:59 PM. The current time is 2013-01-20 2:20 PM.
(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)
If you understand what's going on, you can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification. Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is tampering with your connection. Don't add an exception unless you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification. |

 | Sounds like a Man in the Middle attack. Is your router secure?
If it is, any passwords you use will be seen by the attacker. Don't login to anything till you get it figured out. |

 | reply to robman50 This is what I am getting now.
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.cogeco.ca.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. |

 | Had a similar issue today trying to get to My Account using my Samsung Galaxy S2X with Chrome browser.
Strange, doubt it's anything suspicious, but I figured I'd report it |

 | said by RedMageX:Had a similar issue today trying to get to My Account using my Samsung Galaxy S2X with Chrome browser. So weird. I tried it with Firefox and AOSP Browser on my Galaxy Nexus and it worked fine. Loaded it up with Google Chrome and it gave me the same error you got. I'm gonna look into who I need to send this to in order to get it remedied.
Thanks for letting me know though! |
