 | [iO] DVR Plus I'm looking for some information on the DVR Plus service. I have a SA DVR, which is working fine, and several new Samsung non-DVR boxes.
From any of the Samsung boxes, if I go to the DVR Plus page (1001) it says to press more info to learn about the service. When I'm directed to the "order DVR Plus" channel, it says I already have the DVR Plus service at our current service level.
Any ideas before I call iO support? Thanks! |

 | Reboot box once, then call support. They may need to update your account info. |
