I am an existing Internet Only UVerse customer how had UVerse TV added last week. I was using the 4 ports on the UVerse router prior to the TV installation. The installer unhooked one of my devices to connect the PVR. Unfortunately, I was out of town when the install occurred, so I couldn't question the guy about it.
I know I can pick up my own switch, but I'd assumed AT&T would have done this themselves. Has anyone had experience with AT&T providing/not providing switches when more than 4 ports are needed?
