Reported downstream values are very good. Upstream power could cause problems at 50dBmV, but also might not ever manifest as a problem on your end...

If you experience service problems, it's likely due to your high upstream.

Your upstream is on the high side, but still within spec. It's only a problem if you have a problem.

The upstream, as mentioned is marginal. For 2-channel bonding, the max is 54dB, so you don't have much room, especially as signals tend to degrade during the heat of summer. If you had 3-channel, it would be marginal (limit is 51dB).

Ok, do they need a new cable run on the drop from the pole? A wire split from the cable cable and is hanging in the street, and no one has come out to fix it and it has been months.

It was less than a year ago the cable from the drop into my apartment was installed.

If I ask them for service, is there a chance they would drop me as a customer?

I life in a semi urban area, with service to most homes here. I am not the property owner, but a mere renter.

During the hurricane last fall a tree branch fell and entangled the cable drop cable and that might have stretched out the cable?

In other words, can a visit from the cableco maybe fix the issue?

Sometimes webpages load very slow, it can take minutes, but usually things are fairly good.
