I have a guest house on my property and the line goes from the garage to under my house and then to the guest house. I did not know this until our contractor renovating the garage cut the line. My question is can I request AT&T to install a second NID box to the guest house and how much would this cost? Please reply here or to my email vnguyen6@yahoo.com would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can call att and make a request for a second nid.
It's very likely that the existing nid is designed to accommodate multiple voice lines.
Can you post a picture of the existing nid with opened up. |
