I will be very honest with you, but, very often i see that too.
I have multiple servers at different locations, and after 6 pm or so, i am unable to pull more then 5-10mbit from them (usually full speed) while speedtest shows (with speedboost) 60+mbps.
I think that i complained before about this, but, nobody even cared.
If majority is not complaining, then ............
Personally, i do not have much time as i used to have to spend at my pc, so, i am not able to monitor as i was before, so, not sure how often that is happening again.
Where about ur located? (City at least) |
