Channels marked for "Copy Freely" you can capture from, but channels marked "Copy Once" are treated the same as ones marked "Copy None", unfortunately. And I don't think there's really anyone we could complain to about the issue.

Yes quite afew channels over the last year now have a CCI 0x02 flag (copy once). I do not have a list which ones (it can vary depending on your VHO) but I would say around 25% or more of HD channels are copy once.
