Anyone know how to set up mikrotik routers with VPN?

Are those the kind one programs themselves like a software router? Usually procured and built by IT trained professionals who know what they are doing as they often have to maintain them AS OPPOSED to a consumer or small business person without the knowledge or training or time to tackle a not so simple evolution.......... Perhaps you really need a plugNplay VPN capable router.......
