I have been off-site for the last two days, which is why I haven't posted since it come back to us, the defendants.
As for powers, there very well might be, as ekster is being allowed to post several extra posts (he even has a limit!) after being sentenced. Now, whether that actually excuses Jim or not, tough to say, but his predictions have been accurate (as far as I remember off the top of my bald head).

When a player is convicted by the jury they are incarcerated. They may still participate during the courtroom debate, however their affiliation will have been revealed and they may only make 5 posts per debate period. The Judge, members of the jury and the bailiff cannot be convicted.
So, Goggles just went up on my list.
Jim claims to have a power, and no one else does. I'm positive he's lying. Let's find out.

However, I had either forgotten about that post or completely skipped reading it, since not everyone that has been sentenced/convicted/incarcerated has made use of their allotment, so yeah.

Remember who is hosting the game... the MINDF*CKER! There may be no powers or there may be sprinkled powers (a few defendants have a power). Modem would totally do that!

I don't think so Goggs. I've re-read Jim's posts, and note a few times that he called people out as guilty without following them. He also claimed to have "missed a night". Modem would have waited for Jim to enter his power. It's a bullshit claim, but I still love him for trying.

So 4 convicted--2 guilty, 2 innocent. 6 left, and 1 of 6 claims to have a special power.
KrisT is right. No one else has come forward and claimed anything, although Jim correctly said Ekster was mafia. He could be sacrificing a buddy so he is last man standing as mafia.
What are the odds only 1 out of 10 defendants had a power?
I say we give Jim one more day to come up with something, then revisit him.
For now... vote Archivis just because he participates less than I do.
