Ability to change services online (without calling) gone?

First off their websites have always been a mess- even when it was Verizon. When I upgraded my service to 35/35, I did it myself online, I thought through the bill pay page. However, I cannot find it anymore. Did they get rid of this option (for the customer to be able to change their own services)?

I'd be more surprised than not if this was still available with Frontier.

I have DSL, not FiOS, and I've changed the type of service I have. It doesn't work very well though...it really is a mess.

I have DSL as well and I have never had a problem changing my service online. If you are having an issue I would suggest that you contact Frontiers Customer Service desk. The last time I called them at 1-800-921-8101.

where is the option at? in the bill pay site? as i stated i have done it before but cannot remember how i got on the page. perhaps darcilicious See Profile is right and it does not exist anymore
