Ability to change services online (without calling) gone?
First off their websites have always been a mess- even when it was Verizon. When I upgraded my service to 35/35, I did it myself online, I thought through the bill pay page. However, I cannot find it anymore. Did they get rid of this option (for the customer to be able to change their own services)?
I have DSL as well and I have never had a problem changing my service online. If you are having an issue I would suggest that you contact Frontiers Customer Service desk. The last time I called them at 1-800-921-8101.
