Certain areas of staten island have funky smell because of the old dump, especially in the summer. Driving down Richmond Ave by the mall in the summer is especially wonderful.
I'm currently looking at areas of staten island as a possible locations to buy a house, but am very concerned over the "aroma"
Does anyone know if the areas around Oakwood and Pleasant Plains are prone to this issue?
