Richmond, VA | Unable to edit Word doc uploaded to Google Docs (Drive) Was trying to show my parents how to get a doc up to their Google Drive account. They uploaded a word doc but can't edit it.
While they did it I uploaded a file as well and also can't edit it. However, on my end I could select open with Google Docs and then it becomes an editable doc. That option is not available for them, though.
Nothing to do with sharing or permissions here but something is being missed...Any ideas?
