Right, which is why we need the ping/traceroute information to see where the loss is occurring, what is happening when it can't be reached, and what we can do to get this fixed. |

I noticed this morning that I'm no longer able to reach mediacomcable either. I don't use Mediacom's DNS servers, I'm using the Level3 DNS. traceroute www.mediacomcable.com

This must be an on going issue for mediacomcable. I haven't been able to connect to mediacomcable.com for about a month. The 1st tech support person I spoke to supposedly passed on the issue to Tier 2 support, but after calling mediacom back the 2nd person I talked to said the 1st one dropped the ball and didn't file a proper ticket for the problem. Hopefully this issue is being looked into, but I don't have much faith in mediacom's support, since I have repeatedly been told issues are being fixed by a certain date, only to find out later it will supposedly be fixed months, or even years later.
I sent mediacom tech support my ping and tracert, but here it is again.
