Intermittent visual artifacts and spluttring sound (CT)
HI I have OOL triple play in Norwalk CT and I'm getting these symptoms on different channels, it just started a week or two ago. Anyone else seeing this? Is it generally on my end or their end? sunspot maybe?

Apparently, this is a known problem in Fairfield County and the SR told me it has been going on for about a month now. SR said they are working to resolve the problem. Mentioned something vague about Samsung boxes having something to do with it (I have an HD Samsung box model SMT-C5320 without DVR service, brand new in December 2011) and thanked me for "helping them to solve the issue." She also mentioned the possibility of an outage credit at some time in the future.
