Re: Significant outage across Southeast US? I rebooted my modem one more time, and did the ufix from my phone. seems that I got a new IP on my gateway, and it took ufix to redetect it. TV, internet, and static IP's are now back up and running. |

the outage affects both IPDSL and Uverse in areas that are affected by the outage. the outage is affecting both southeast and southwest areas. |

My service came back on 5+ hours after going out...my TV/Internet were doing terrible with the TV stuttering and the internet speeds slowing...so I rebooted it last night and it went out completely.
5 or so hours later...both TV/Internet came on and holy smokes was the internet blazing fast.
I have 12mb but I swear it was hitting 30+ even though the numbers didnt say it.
I had some downloads done in not just record time but nearly 1/2 the time as usual. |

A neighbor just sent a text asking if my internet was down. I've seen a few posts mentioned that it might be a DHCP issue. So I'm wondering if I'm not affected because I have a static IP. |

Out in Florence Alabama area since this morning. Calling customer service at 6:30 a.m. gave recorded message that there was a "Uverse outage" and that agents would have no further info. |
