[Need Info] Issue brought up in a Help Chat When I mentioned my Internet resetting multiple times recently, the support guy mentioned that he noticed some signal issues and wrote the following quote:
" With this issue, it would be best if we could further troubleshoot / verify secure information over the phone.I can have someone call you within the next 180 minutes, or I can provide the telephone number to your local insight office so that you may call in to speak with technical support, available 24/7, at your earliest convenience. Which would you prefer?"
What does that mean? I was able to get the support guys to chat about this and was able to schedule appointments with them before.
